A New Year...

It's a new year and that means new years resolutions....something i have never really done. Except for my resolution to start paying all of my bills online. But for this year, I'm making a change. I'm not calling it a resolution because, most people give up on those and I am not going to do that...So today was the first day of the change ...

And it went a little something like this. An amazing workout to start the day, a healthy lunch some menu planning and even tastier healthy dinner! Baked Parmesan Chicken, asparagus and cherry tomato salad and mashed potatoes. Success...
Tomorrow's plan - 5am Boot Camp, Work, leftover Asparagus and tomato salad, nap(maybe) and dinner...and maybe finishing my recipe book reorganization...
